Our first goal at Air View Concept is to propose a quality service, that is proper for each and every situation.
In order to do so, we have a variety of tools at your disposal, that will allow us to satisfy all the needs and constraints of our partners or of the environment.
The quality of the service passes by the training of the operators, by that we mean mastering the control of each and every piece of equipment with complete security of piloting such equipment. In the course of operating such aerial device requires a great deal of accountability as well as a great sense of responsibilty from all of our personnel.
Our engagements
Weather and storms: In the event that an aerial picture must be cancelled because of weather conditions, the cost of the redo would remain at Air View Concept’s expenses.
Non-conformity: In the event that a picture is not up to your standards (agreed upon during the quotation process), Air View Concept will redo a second outing and not charge the unusable picture/video.
Unsatisfied: In the case that all shots pictures/videos would be unusable because of a difference in the original agreement and the end result, the work would not be invoiced beside the fees involved in getting to the work site.
Included in our packages
We will follow your instructions carefully;
There is a 50 kilometer distance covered in the basic franchise from Montreal;
Delivery of the images in a numeric format (RAW, Tiff, Jpeg) on CD or DVD based on your needs;
Delivery of the videos in AVI format;
Conditional use of the original author’s rights.
Guarantee of the desired result : not satisfied = work not invoice.
Package options
For the over 50 kilometers outside of Montreal a discount is offered for each 200 km extra;
Panoramic album is assembled on request;
Bigger prints on paper, price varies by size and quantity required on request.
Our packages
Since we have a large offer including different equipments and the different cost involved in setting-up, it is nearly impossible to elaborate on pricing. Each customer and each job is different, each customer has specific needs! That is why we prefer to customize each and every package by the specific of each customer:
• Package billed by the hour;
• Destined to small projects without any specific preparation or reconnaissance;
• Package offered for a half day;
• The half day package includes 4 hour including set-up;
• Package for a day;
• The one day includes more than 4 hours at the time and the set-up included;
• Personalized packages are offered;
• We cover the entire province of Quebec
• We also offered the weekly package or the yearly package;

Constraints
We need to reiterate that aerial views (photo or video) cannot be approached lightly. There are constraints that we can’t have any form of control and that we need to face in the daily workload:
• Environment
Natural barriers on or around the working zone;
Urban area constraints;
Power lines.
• Weather conditions
Wind;
Rain;
Snow;
Intense cold weather in the case we need to recharge the batteries.
• Setting up the equipment - time
Reconnaissance of the work site, customer’s wishes, dangers involved and the surrounding constraints;
An agreement on the bases of the work that will take place;
The time allocation required to verify the equipment put the equipment in position and verify that the electronics and controls is working adequately
• Distance of the work site
For the helicopter drones, the distance is crucial for the radio contact and/or the video contact. This distance varies with weather conditions (fog, smoke), electromagnetic fields, power lines and obstacles ( forests, buildings or surface surrounding the work site) Like every radio, the optical contact is crucial and necessary to keep a good quality level involved with the signal.
Security
Conscious of the great responsibilty of the handling, piloting of these pieces of equipment, Air View Concept emphasize on the security aspect during the training of the operators. The security is a priority during the entire duration of the contract, the setting-up and the execution of the work.
A checklist must be filled in order to not forget anything important on the security topic.
Verifying with the local municipal authorities (landlord, municipal agencies and government agencies) prior to doing the work.
Site inspection and notes will be taken of different obstacles, dangers surrounding the work zone.
Verifying the weather conditions for the working period of two hours plus.
For a specific work around an authorized crowd. We adopt very strict behavior directives, especially in the urban setting !
Never conduct an overhead flight over a crowd (except with the captive balloon that has no danger of hurting someone). Always be aware of an available open space, just in case of mechanical failure.
The take off and the landing must take place in a fairly open area free of people (body of water, open backyard or the middle of the street and avoiding sidewalks).
Advice
Think ahead and anticipate the weather conditions might be delaying the actual work from taking place on schedule.
The half day and full day packages are better for the simple reason that you are not always looking at the clock, that will allow better angles, better lighting and the optimal weather conditions.
